We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Hospitality to lead our food, beverage, and hospitality operations, driving excellence across our Refuel Café, Rooftop Bar, events, and broader hospitality experience. Your Impact: As Head of Hospitality, you’ll oversee the full hospitality function at TFP, from daily operations and service standards to team leadership, profitability, and member experience. You’ll shape the culture, elevate the offering, and ensure every interaction reflects our brand’s premium standard.
