Validate and bridge operational needs as required to ensure the line is running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts at rate. Cascade communication and provide team recognition. Establish and build Team Leader and Team Member capabilities. Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks. Handle basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and documents. Assign appropriate trades and engineering resources to maintain production equipment for continuous operation. Participate in MOS meetings to write and finalize Maximo 4Ds for equipment failures. Identify spare parts and preventive maintenance job plans for new equipment, and review effectiveness for existing job plans. Improve existing maintenance job...
