Position Summary: The Powder Coater Level 1's role is to apply powder coating to products. They will perform targeted and detailed work using a spraying apparatus and wearing protective equipment to ensure products are coated correctly to meet specifications. They are highly motivated and have a desire to work in a fast paced, quality centered environment. This role is vital to ensuring our customers’ needs are consistently met, promoting our company’s continued strong national growth.
