Job Description We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Associate Director, Site Contracts, Budgets & Payments to lead global site contracting and investigator grant activities across clinical programs. This role is critical to ensuring timely study startup and execution by delivering finalized site agreements, budgets, and payment plans aligned with corporate and program timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the subject matter expert and primary escalation point for global site contracts, budgets, and payments - Lead development of investigator grant budgets, payment terms, and contracting strategies - Oversee contract tracking, documentation, and compliance across internal systems and external partners - Provide oversight and support to study teams and CROs throughout feasibility, startup, maintenance, and closeout - Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and CROs to drive efficient study startup and lifecycle execution - Contribute and participate in bid defenses, joint operating committees (JOCs), kickoff meetings, and other program-level discussions - Lead department initiatives, process improvements, and mentor team...
