This is a hybrid role, with onsite work averaging three days per week at Dearborn Hospital. While primarily based at Dearborn, this corporate position may require periodic travel to other Corewell Health East sites to collaborate on quality and patient safety initiatives. As a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in reducing readmissions and strengthening patient safety by diving deep into data, uncovering trends, and translating findings into meaningful system and site-level improvements. Embedded within the sites and communities you serve, you’ll partner closely with clinicians and leaders—acting as the connective tissue between operations and quality—to identify gaps, lead improvement initiatives, and drive measurable, sustainable outcomes that truly make a difference for patients.
