Job Details: 3rd Shift 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. SUMMARY: This position will maintain the assigned equipment throughout the company owned farms and is responsible for the quality of the equipment operation. External Requirement: 6 month work history or participant of any industrial maintenance educational program. maintenance experience preferred. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Responsible for all repairs to motors (electric/gas/diesel) and electrical equipment · Maintain and operate all farm equipment · Maintain all motors and engines throughout the farm · Develop and maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program · Develop and maintain a detailed Parts Inventory Plan · Assist in maintaining the farm grounds · Adhere to all Animal Welfare Standards and biosecurity program regulations · Learn essential farm animal husbandry practices · Other duties as assigned; inclusive of all farm work responsibilities, cooperating with others as needed to complete necessary tasks QUALIFICATIONS: · Ability to efficiently use hand tools and trades type tools, to provide maintenance of all farm equipment · Ability to operate farm equipment safely and effectively · Welding skills preferred · Abi...
