IT – Network Administrator II Position Summary: The Network Administrator II supports all functional areas of the organization in alignment with plant business objectives. Under direct supervision, this position assists with routine IT operations, problem resolution, and ensuring cybersecurity. This role ensures stable operation of computer networks, including planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of all network hardware, software, and communication lines. The position also analyzes and resolves end‑user hardware/software problems, provides user training as needed, and serves as the primary help desk contact for plant IT assets. This role provides remote and on‑site support for the Bridgeport, AL and Cartersville, GA plants and collaborates with Corporate and Regional IT teams. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Follow all plant, departmental, and job safety rules, values, and standards. Adhere to all USG IT Security policies and procedures.
