Join our Investment Sales Development Program (ISDP) , a dynamic career development program where you will make a meaningful impact by working directly with financial advisors as part of the Fidelity Institutional (FI) Intermediary Investment Client Group team. You will begin your journey as an Investment Sales Associate (ISA) where you will start to build your skills and product knowledge within a supportive high-energy and collaborative team environment. Throughout the 12–18-month duration, you will receive continual support and guidance to attain required securities licenses (Series 7 & 63), product knowledge, and relationship-building skills as you work toward developing a successful sales career at Fidelity.
