ABOUT THE TEAM: The Customer Zero Solution Architecture team operates within Customer Engineering (CE) — part of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) engineering organization. CE is the customer expertise hub for AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), covering both consumer-focused and enterprise capabilities. Customer Zero is CE's most ambitious and forward-thinking group. Working closely with strategic accounts, the team validates new capabilities, builds solution prototypes prior to product release, and relays direct customer insights back to product and engineering. This is where the most complex, large-scale AEP implementations come to life — before anyone else gets there. THE ROLE: As a Senior Solution Architect on Customer Zero, the focus is depth over breadth. This individual contributor role spans the full use case lifecycle: discovery, architecture, implementation, and product feedback.
