INOVA+ is a consultancy specialised in supporting the growth of organisations through innovation, international cooperation, digital transformation, and access to funding. We promote, manage, and develop innovation projects across Europe. Our Innovation Unit works across the full lifecycle of EU-funded projects under Horizon Europe and related programmes, spanning diverse thematic areas including health, digital technologies, energy, environment, culture, and social innovation. We are looking for Horizon Europe Consultants | Proposal & Project Managers to join the team. What you'll do: Spot funding opportunities and assess their strategic fit; Write strong, competitive proposals, from narrative to budget; Build and manage international consortia;: Run meetings, keep partners aligned, and make collaboration work; Manage funded projects end to end, from compliance to deliverables; Help improve how we work, every cycle. Requirements: What we're looking for: Master's (or higher) degree in a relevant field; Experience with Horizon Europe or Horizon 2020 proposal writing and project management is a strong plus; Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, fundable narratives; Genuine enthus...
