Job Details: SUMMARY This position is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. The role requires a strong understanding and control of the production process, accurate recordkeeping, and oversight of general line maintenance and staffing. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements. Ensure all positions are filled prior to production line start‑up. Oversee Team Member warm‑up exercises and job rotation to support ergonomics. Ensure all machinery is operating at the highest standard. Verify all workstations have passed USDA inspection. Promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings. Ensure accurate shipments, proper inventory rotation, and correct product coding. Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members. Provide encouragement and support to build a strong, effective team. Perform essential human‑relations functions, including training, retention, and counseling on personal or professional matters.
