Job description

Your role: As the Lead Unreal Engine Programmer, you will take strategic and operational leadership of the Programming Department while keeping a solid, hands-on understanding of Unreal Engine 5 and C++. You are responsible for shaping the technical vision, ensuring efficient workflows, and guiding a team of programmers to create high-quality Double-A games for PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch. Your leadership will drive innovation, foster cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of our projects in line with Aesir’s long-term goals.
