POSITION SUMMARY: The Insights Manager is a key member of the Donor Data & Insights team, responsible for transforming complex fundraising data into actionable insights using a modern analytics technology stack (Blackbaud CRM, Snowflake Data Warehouse, Amperity Constituent Data Platform, PowerBI Business Intelligence platform). This role supervises the Donor Data Analyst and provides leadership in reporting and business intelligence (BI) functions.
