Job Description: The Development Analyst will support the continued growth of Auberge Collection through conversions and development opportunities of hotels and residential projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis and research, project feasibility, financial underwriting, contract valuation, cash flow waterfalls (including debt and equity), pipeline and project reporting, and preparation of materials and communications for the Development Team.
