Lead the development of high-quality interior CAS digital models with strong attention to proportion, surface quality, and design accuracy 2. Coordinate workload allocation within the modelling team in alignment with studio leadership and project priorities 3. Collaborate closely with interior designers, CAS modellers, and studio engineering teams to ensure alignment between design intent and technical feasibility 4. Oversee the creation and refinement of interior Class-A / CAS digital surface models 5. Ensure digital models accurately represent and communicate design intent throughout the development process 6. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to modelling team members on surfacing, proportions, and aesthetics 7. Support design reviews by preparing and presenting digital models at key project milestones 8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital modelling workflows and best practices 9. Ensure modelling deliverables meet required quality standards, technical feasibility, and project timelines 10.
