IT Operations Engineer Department: Internal IT: Employment Type: Permanent: Location: Berlin: Compensation: €45,000 - €60,000 / year Description: You'll represent IT operations end-to-end for the Berlin office — not just fielding requests, but proactively identifying improvements, driving process quality, and acting as a trusted technical partner to the business. You'll be expected to resolve the majority of issues independently, contribute to IT strategy at the local level, and help shape how IT is delivered as YouLend grows in Europe. With 4+ years of IT support or operations experience behind you, you'll hit the ground running — comfortable managing competing priorities, engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and making decisions without needing to escalate the everyday.
