We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Installer Lead to join our growing team. This role offers the chance to lead installations, mentor team members, and become an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) participant. Summary: Tempo's Residential HVAC Installer - Lead will remove and install all types of Heating and Air Conditioning ventilation systems in residential and multi-family buildings. Installations will be up to code with Tempos quality of standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Disassemble and reassemble residential equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventative maintenance. Replace worn, damage, or defective mechanical parts. Test electrical circuits or components for proper functioning. Inspect systems to determine if they are operating properly. Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with users to isolate problems or to verify that repairs corrected malfunctions.
