Location: Kings Hill / Hybrid Salary/package: £ 25,949.96 per annum: Contract type: Permanent: Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week The Help Desk Engineer role sits at the heart of our support service, providing day-to-day IT support to schools and education customers. You will play a key role in resolving technical issues quickly and keeping systems running smoothly. This position would suit someone with around 1+ years of IT support experience who is looking to build their skills across Microsoft 365, devices and core IT systems within a supportive team.
