POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of the Haldimand-Norfolk Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT), the Registered Nurse is part of a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment, rehabilitation and support and crisis intervention services for individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in the clients’ environment of choice. The program operates seven days per week and shift work will be required. The RN will be committed to reducing and ultimately eliminating the use of restraint and seclusion.
