Thuma is looking for a Store Manager to lead our new flagship in West Hollywood. You will be responsible for building and leading a new team, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and driving business results. You will oversee all aspects of store and cafe operations, from team development to visual merchandising, ensuring that the space reflects Thuma’s values and standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a passion for creating a welcoming and inspiring retail environment. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the flagship store and cafe - delivering a high-touch experience for both retail customers and trade clients (interior designers, architects, and specifiers). - Spearhead our trade program. Build relationships and make the Thuma brand known in Los Angeles throughout the design community. - Ensure that visual merchandising and interior design elements reflect our current products, layout and the Thuma brand aesthetic. - Recruit, hire, and train a high performing team.
