Job description

Position: Open to Public, Open Until Filled Rate of Pay: $8.24/hr plus tips Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Saganing Food & Beverage Supervisor, provide guests of the Saganing Eagles Landing Casino and Hotel have a world class standard of excellence experience, while following all alcohol service standards, policies and procedures set by Saganing. Prepare, deliver and refill drink orders, and respond to guest questions and requests. Handle all payment transactions accurately and timely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol. - Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment. - Take beverage orders from serving team members or directly from guests. - Mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks. - Identify product, mix and serve alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures. - Identify bar needs and communicate to supervisor; set up, stock, clean, maintain, and break down work area. - Set up, stock, clean, maintain, and break down work area for each shift. - Serve food and bev...
