Whether executing an IPO, a debt offering, a leveraged buyout, or complex liability management transaction, GCM integrates expertise across Investment Banking and Sales & Trading to deliver seamless advice and sophisticated solutions. Role Summary: Global Capital Markets Strats apply artificial intelligence, quantitative modeling, and data science to to identify and develop productivity, revenue generation, and risk reduction solutions for GCM globally. Strats are embedded alongside bankers and syndicate teams to provide quantitative analysis, improve execution efficiency, and develop innovative solutions that differentiate Morgan Stanley’s capital markets franchise. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced role with global impact across the Global Capital Markets division.
