Overview POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Commercial Escrow Officer, you will play a key role in facilitating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions. You’ll work closely with a team of experienced title professionals and underwriters, leveraging their decades of combined industry knowledge to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely closings. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in navigating the unique challenges and intricacies of commercial transactions while delivering exceptional service to clients and stakeholders. LOCATION: - Office-based in Franklin, TN and Louisville, KY with dedicated parking and an exceptional team environment. - Occasional overtime may be required to meet transaction deadlines. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage and process escrow transactions in accordance with instructions from real estate agents, brokers, attorneys, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction. - Ensure full compliance with all terms outlined in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, lender instructions, title underwriting guidelines, and company procedures. - Review and address all matters listed in the Preliminary Title Commitment, including lien payoff...
