Senior Director - Corporate Counsel JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director - Corporate Counsel (CC), reporting to the Company’s SVP and General Counsel, National Group, is responsible for analyzing, managing and advising on legal matters of the organization. The CC’s main responsibility is to provide legal support to the Company’s operations and development teams. QUALIFICATIONS: ENVIRONMENTAL/WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal busy office environment with much telephone work. Possible long hours as needed. Remote work environment where permitted by Company policy.
