Neuroscience Scheduler : Supporting the Neurology & Sleep Medicine, Physical Medicine & Rehab, and Epilepsy specialties, this inbound call center position schedules appointments for new and existing patients, facilitates communication with the care tea, and provides updates on patient care. FTE: 1.0, Shift: Days Schedule: M - F 8am to 4:40pm Position Summary: The Centralized Patient Access Representative III (CPAR-III) is responsible for assisting new and existing patients with scheduling appointments, facilitating communication with patient care team, and providing information and updates on a wide variety of topics related to their care.
