We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax and Finance Specialist to join our team. This role will work closely with our finance and accounting departments to ensure tax compliance, optimize processes, and support international tax initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Tax Compliance & Reporting: - Prepare and file corporate tax returns (CIT, VAT, Withholding Taxes, etc.) in compliance with local laws and regulations. - Ensure timely and accurate tax payments and filings to authorities. - Manage international tax matters, including Transfer Pricing, Intercompany agreements, and country-specific tax projects (e.g., CbCR, Pillar II). - Handle tax audits and inquiries, identifying and mitigating tax risks. - Support HQ and local entities on tax planning, incentives, and compliance.
