The incumbent(s) achieves cost, quality and regulatory objectives while meeting UVM Medical Center's strategic and operational objectives. EDUCATION: Associates' Degree in Food Service, 5 years' experience in foodservice, or a combination of education and experience in foodservice or healthcare.
