The Opportunity We are seeking a structured and people-oriented Continuous Improvement Leader (CIL), who will be responsible for the CIL process at Design in the HV Breakers factory. You will work closely with the coordinating CIL to deploy, implement, and anchor improvement activities across the design function, ensuring effective execution and long-term sustainability. The CIL serves as a catalyst for problem solving, standardization, and knowledge sharing.
