We have an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in the Endoscopy department. This is a part time role for 25 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: - Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility needs, respecting their preferences and dignity. - Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support, including documenting intake where appropriate. - Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives, creating a caring and safe environment. - Carry out and accurately record routine observations such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose levels (afte...
