Job Description Summary The ISM Functional Leader – Data Management is accountable for defining and governing the enterprise data strategy across the Integrated Services Management (ISM) digital transformation program, ensuring trusted master data, seamless migration, and uninterrupted operational and financial continuity. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of data across transformation—from master data definition and governance to conversion, validation, and post-go-live continuity. Partnering closely with Regional Operations, Finance, IT, and Data & Analytics, the leader ensures that data is not just migrated, but fit for execution, reporting, and decision-making in the future state. The role also drives the foundation for AI-enabled operations, ensuring high-quality, well-governed data fuels next-generation capabilities.
