Epic Prelude/Cadence Analyst

Superlanet is seeking an accomplished Epic Cadence/Prelude Analyst: to support high-impact initiatives across our client portfolio. This is a full-time position with several high-visibility initiatives mapped out across our healthcare clients, offering the opportunity to take ownership of critical patient access and revenue cycle workflows. This role is ideal for a hands-on Epic analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can partner closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a subject matter expert for Epic Cadence and Prelude applications, supporting build, optimization, and ongoing maintenance Lead and support implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives across patient access workflows Configure and maintain: Scheduling workflows (Cadence) Registration, ADT, and insurance workflows (Prelude) Support and optimize Referrals and Welcome workflows within patient access Collaborate with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and Operational leaders to translate business needs into Epic solutions Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and...
