Overview Position: SYE Before & After Care Aide Department: Youth and Family Education: Availability of Position: 6/8/26-8/7/26: Schedule: Seasonal, Part Time: Reporting Relationship: Directly: Youth and Family Education Administrator; Indirectly: Youth and Family Education Site Coordinator Salary/Grade: $18.00 per hour; 73 NE Responsibilities: Description of Position: Specialist will manage the Before and/or After Care programs at SYE. Before and After Care Specialists are responsible for the supervision of participants during the Before and After Care Programs. Will enforce the behavior policy and maintain order and structure during these auxiliary programs of SYE. BAC Specialists will take attendance and maintain records associated with the Before and After Care programs to ensure proper billing and enforcement of payment policies. The position is up to 24 hours a week, part-time, seasonal employment. Requirements: High School Diploma with 2-3 years of work-related experience in the areas of Elementary Education and or child care.
