Business Development Account Director – Cell & Gene Therapy (Europe) Location: Europe, home‑based: Territory: Europe Reporting to the Regional Director, Business Development Europe, this role is accountable for driving new business growth across Europe for Catalent’s Cell & Gene Therapy development and commercial manufacturing services. This is a pure new‑business, hunter role focused on originating, qualifying, and converting high‑value CDMO opportunities with biotech and pharmaceutical clients across the CGT landscape. The Role: - Own and deliver new business revenue, pipeline, and bookings targets across Europe - Proactively identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities in Cell & Gene Therapy - Build senior‑level relationships within European biotech and pharma organisations - Lead customer engagements, pitches, and negotiations through to contract signature - Work cross‑functionally with Technical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Proposal teams to shape winning solutions - Drive opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from first contact to MSA execution - Represent Catalent at European partnering events, conferences, and industry meetings - Maintain accurate opport...
