Contract Advisor – Roads (ROK VW) Location: Arnhem, Netherlands (Hybrid): Client: Rijkswaterstaat: Work Model: Hybrid (Mandatory office presence: Tuesdays & Thursdays) Contract: Long-term project (extension up to 6 × 12 months) Experience Level: Senior (5+ years): About the Role: Rijkswaterstaat is seeking a Contract Advisor – Roads (ROK VW) to support the maintenance and development of major road infrastructure in Eastern Netherlands. You will play a critical role within the Programs, Projects and Maintenance (PPO) division, contributing to projects that span over 550 km of national road networks across Gelderland and Overijssel. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, contract management, and infrastructure delivery , ensuring projects are executed efficiently, compliantly, and with maximum value.
