This includes assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary care team. The NP promotes patient education and disease prevention. Job Description: Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments including histories, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic tests (e.g., EKGs, echocardiograms, stress tests). Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with cardiologists. Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state licensure and hospital policy.
