Colorado Mechanical Systems, LLC. (CMS) is privately owned and operated in Centennial, Colorado. CMS provides commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, and plumbing services across the Colorado Front Range, including Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Start-Up and Warranty Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, start-up, and warranty service of commercial systems, ensuring proper function and compliance with industry standards. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent customer service skills, as you will interact with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any system-related issues during the warranty period. Key Responsibilities: Start-Up Activities: - Conduct start-up procedures for newly installed commercial systems, including RTU’s, VRF/VRV, split systems, etc. - Verify all components are installed according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. - Perform system diagnostics and quality checks to ensure optimal system performance. - Collaborate with project managers and c...
