About the job: We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Ecommerce Operations, Catalog & Reporting Specialist to keep madhappy.com running smoothly behind the scenes. This role owns product catalog setup and Shopify imports from VLP/linesheets, manages launch readiness checklists, coordinates with Content to ensure imagery is delivered on time, supports merchandising execution, and runs recurring reports for the ecommerce lead. You’ll also be tech-proficient and mindful of our automation ecosystem (Shopify Flow + MESA), ensuring catalog changes don’t break critical workflows.
