QUALIFICATIONS: RESPONSIBILITIES: - Associate of Arts Degree in Human Service or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Ability to work independently with limited supervision, but also coordinate services with other team members - Ability to relate to people in crisis, who suffer from serious mental Illness, chemical dependency, physical disability, chronic homelessness, or diverse cultures - Comprehensive knowledge of community resources - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in MS Office Suite - Pass a criminal background check and have a good driving record - Must possess a current Arizona Driver's License - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - Provide outreach services to areas of Phoenix where the homeless congregate - Work with clients to develop case plans and establ...
