Account Executive, New Business Sales (Italian, English)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of experience in new business sales and meeting business goals. - Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy. - Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution. - Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy. - Ability to be stand-alone, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment - Ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients with excellent communication and influencing skills.
