Role Overview Location: Cork - NETGEAR's EMEA Headquarters Work Model: Hybrid (3 days on site) Reporting to: Payroll Manager: Role Overview: NETGEAR is seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with all applicable policies and regulations. The Payroll Specialist plays a critical role in payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, issue resolution, and maintaining strong internal controls. This position partners cross-functionally with HR/People Operations, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to deliver a seamless payroll experience and uphold the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and service excellence. Payroll processing experience for US is essential. Key Responsibilities: Support end-to-end payroll processing for payrolls, including validation of inputs, audits, and timely submission/approval.
