Job Description: WSD Fort Collins Equipment Maintenance C-Shift (S,M,T, alternating Weds, 6PM-6AM) Supervisor – Job Description Equipment Maintenance Shift Supervisor As an Equipment Maintenance Shift Supervisor with the Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD), you will be responsible for collaborating with fab operations, equipment engineering, and equipment area teams to sustain and improve equipment reliability and performance, while in support of overall safety, yield, reliability, and productivity goals. You will provide dotted-line management for all equipment maintenance technicians on your assigned shift, as well as take direct responsibility for the equipment support technicians on your shift. The shift supervisor will be responsible for managing a challenging environment, driving continuous improvement initiatives in our existing high-volume Si MEMS production facilities located along the Front Range Mountains in Northern Colorado.
