This position will monitor, control, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all refrigeration equipment, steam generating equipment, compressed air systems, water supply and distribution systems, return condensate systems, mechanically, electrically, hydraulically and pneumatically using the proper tools and test equipment. Responsibilities: Complete all utilities maintenance. Perform all necessary documentation of activities. Install equipment on all utility systems. Perform general housekeeping duties in the department. Keep all work areas clean. Comply with all safety, food safety, GMP and SQF requirements. Ability and willingness to perform basic math functions (i.e.: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Ability and willingness to work overtime and/or weekends as needed.
