This role is responsible for shaping and executing global, multi-platform social media strategies that drive brand growth, engagement, and social commerce performance for Michael Kors. This individual will lead the development, execution, and measurement of social strategies across key platforms, ensuring content and community experiences are aligned with brand vision, business objectives, and cultural relevance. They will oversee Michael Kors’ global social commerce channels, partner closely with the Creative team on content planning and distribution, and establish best-in-class community management practices.
