Position Details SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN FAMILIES FIRST WORKERS!! Are you ready to make a positive change in the lives of families? Do you have two years field experience working with children and families in a family-centered, solution-focused environment? Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in SOCIAL WORK or comparable human service field? You can make a big impact with children and families in WAYNE COUNTY if you have a degree in social work or related field. We are on the hunt for person-centric colleagues to join our Families First of Michigan team doing impactful work! This vital role involves intensive, home-based, 28-day interventions with a two-family-caseload that focuses on the family’s strengths, utilizing their own resilience, as they become self-sufficient. Our staff spend an average of 10 hours a week with these families, face-to-face, with the goal of keeping children with their families.
