Position Title: EXECUTIVE CHEF (Campus) - Landis Homes, Lititz PA Lead culinary operations across a 114-acre senior living campus serving ~900 residents, with 10+ dining venues, 120+ team members, and ~$7M in annual volume. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving consistency, team performance, and culinary excellence across a complex, multi-unit environment. We are seeking a hands-on, strategic culinary leader who has operated at scale—someone comfortable managing large teams, multiple service models, and high-volume production while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and resident experience.
