Kalis Hospitality is looking for a People and Culture Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in people and culture while working closely with managers across a busy Tasmanian hospitality business. This role is about more than processes and policies. We are looking for someone who can build trust, coach managers, support our people and help create training, recruitment, onboarding and engagement programs that reflect who we are as a business.
