Position Type: On-Call: Wage Range: PT & OT $60 / hour SLP $55 / hour Location: 400 NE 7th St Fulda, MN 56131 Therapist Responsibilities: - Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify physical, cognitive, communication, and/or swallowing needs based on discipline-specific scope of practice. - Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and carry out individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs to address functional deficits and promote independence. - Provide Therapeutic Interventions: Deliver skilled, hands-on therapy and therapeutic activities, including exercises, manual techniques, adaptive strategies, assistive device training, and communication or swallowing interventions as appropriate. - Educate & Support Patients, Families, & Staff: Provide education such as but not limited to pain management, fall prevention, home safety, coping strategies, communicat...
