Description Location : Student Services Suite, MGH 420 Position Title : Informatics Peer Advisor Anticipated Start Date : 9 / 1 /202 6 End Date : 06/ 15 /202 7 Approximate number of hours : 5 to 8 hours/week Position Description: Un der the guidance of Informatics Academic Advisors, Peer Advisors will support current and prospective Informatics students by providing guidance on academic planning, policies, and resources. The mission of the Informatics Peer Advisor program is to create a welcoming and informative environment for current and prospective Informatics majors and Informatics minors. Peer Advisors are current undergraduate Informatics majors who demonstrate professionalism, dedication, and knowledge of the Informatics program and services that contribute to the mission and vision of the Information School. Individuals in these positions will work up to 8 hours per week depending on staffing needs and other projects assigned throughout the school year.
