Job Description Leadership & Team Coordination: - Assign daily tasks and ensure employees understand expectations. - Conduct shift huddles to communicate goals, safety reminders, and priorities. - Promote teamwork, accountability, and positive work culture. - Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members. - Provides timely, effective written responses to inquiries Production Flow & Performance Oversight: - Ensure production “Flow” (materials, information, people) runs smoothly. - Proactively address delays, bottlenecks, and workload changes. - Monitor hourly performance and update Hour‑by‑Hour boards and KPI towers. - Utilize production tools (e.g., MES, production calculators, metrics dashboards). Quality & Process Compliance: - Review FG Inspection Error reports and take corrective actions. - Ensure adherence to work instructions, quality standards, and procedures. - Collaborate with QA to resolve material, quality, or equipment issues. - Maintain accurate quality documentation and updates.
