Expectations of a Restaurant Manager: - Demonstrate ability to lead team members and get results through others. - Commitment to Company values. - Ability to process information and goods through a computer system and register system. - Strong guest and team member orientation. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests. - Willingness to work towards conflict resolution with the management team and team members. Willingness to work on areas of growth to become a better manager of people. - Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store. - Ability to work varied hours/days including holidays to oversee operations. Ability to work extra days and hours when circumstances require. Flexibility to rotate to other locations. - Ability to balance labor to spreadsheets and explain variances daily. - Ability to be part of creating a safe, fun, efficient, positive team orientated environment.
